The government has geared up a new feature through which you can download your PAN card, Driving license, and many documents Instantly on WhatsApp. Actually, Digilocker and the government have created the feature because it is easy and fast. You have to open a Digilocker account and done. It is much simple than anything. The government said that “The Government has been working to promote “Ease of Living” through Digital India and the MyGov Helpdesk on WhatsApp is a major step to ensure governance and government services are at the fingertips of citizens.” Let’s check how to use the features.
How to download PAN card, Driving license, and many documents on WhatsApp
- Download WhatsApp from Playstore/ App store.
- Open the App.
- Add a new contact to the WhatsApp Number +91 9013151515 and save it.
- Send “Namaste” or “Hi” to the Digilocker WhatsApp Number on WhatsApp.
Now you have to open a new Digilocker account. To do that
- Send your 12-digit Aadhar Card number. It will ask for the OTP. Just send the OTP. (OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number linked with Aadhar).
- That’s it. Now you can download documents like PAN Card, Driving Licence, etc.
What type of documents I can download by the Digilocker Feature?
