Motorola X30 Pro features a 200 MP Rear Camera: Specifications and Price Details

Motorola has announced two phones named Motorola X30 Pro and S30 Pro in an event held in China on 11 August 2022. Both phones come with flagship processor, camera, and battery performance. While Motorola has also launched the foldable phone named Motorola Razr 2022 recently. But X30 Pro and S30 Pro bring top specifications with a great design.

In our previous article, we revealed the design of the Motorola X30 Pro. We recalled you that the smartphone will come with a triple camera setup with an LED flash. The whole camera setup is under a square module. In the center, there is the brand’s logo. On the right side, there is the volume rocker and the power button. Display, CPU, and Software

The Motorola X30 Pro comes with a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels. Additionally, it has a 144 Hz fast refresh rate with HDR 10+ support. The Motorola X30 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC with octa-core processor. The processor has paired with 8GB/12GB RAM & 128GB/256GB or 512GB inbuilt storage. Additionally, the smartphone runs on Android 12 based on MyUX out of the box.

Camera and Battery

The Motorola X30 Pro comes with a triple camera setup including a 200 MP main camera, a 50 MP Ultra-Wide camera, and a 12 MP Telephoto sensor. There would be a 60 MP selfie camera for selfies and video calls. Moreover, the smartphone might bring a 4,610 mAh big battery with 125W fast charging support with 50W wireless charging.

[For the techy people] The Motorola X30 Pro features a 200MP Samsung’s ISOCELL HP1 – a 1/1.22” sensor with aperture f/1.95. The camera comes with OIS with 16-in-1 pixel binning. The camera outputs 1.28 μm individual pixels and even natively 0.64 μm pixels at 200MP camera. It can record 8K @30 fps video smoothly.

Connectivity and Security

Talking about connectivity, the smartphone supports 5G, 4G, VoLTE, Bluetooth, Wifi, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C charging. For biometric security, the smartphone has an in-display fingerprint sensor. There is a dual speaker.

Motorola X30 Pro Price

In China, the Motorola X30 Pro starts at a price of CNY 3,699 (About Rs 43,700) for the base variant (8GB + 128GB). For the top model (12GB+512GB) the price goes up to CNY 4,499 (Approx Rs 53,200). People of China can buy this smartphone as the sale started from today (10 August 2022).
