OnePlus has launched the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G today (20-05-2022). It has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a 90 Hz fast refresh rate powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC with octa-core processor. It is the T-numbered phone of the OnePlus Nord 2 in the Nord series. Talking about the design of the smartphone, it comes with a punch-hole cutout featuring a selfie camera at the top-left corner of the smartphone. The smartphone will be available in two colors – Green and Gray. Maybe the name would be different. On the rear side, there is a triple camera setup with two LED flashlights. The frame is made of polycarbonate and the back has a smooth matte finish. Let’s check out more.

OnePlus Nord 2T comes with a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels. Additionally, it has a 90 Hz fast refresh rate. The Nord 2T is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC with octa-core processor. The processor has paired with 8 GB/ 12 GB LPDDRX4 RAM & 128 GB/ 256 GB UFS 3.1 inbuilt storage. Additionally, the smartphone will run on Android 12 based on OxygenOS out of the box. OnePlus promised to give 2 major updates and 3 years of security updates.

Camera and Battery

OnePlus Nord 2T comes with a triple camera setup including a 50 MP main camera with IMX766 sensor & OIS support, an 8 MP Ultra-Wide camera, and a 2 MP Monochrome sensor. There is a 32 MP selfie camera for selfies and video calls. Moreover, there is a 4,500 mAh big battery with 80W SuperVOOC charging support.

Connectivity and Security

Talking about connectivity, the smartphone supports 5G, 4G, VoLTE, Bluetooth, Wifi, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C charging. For biometric security, the Nord 2T has an in-display fingerprint sensor. There is a dual speaker. There is no headphone jack. You have to use USB Type-C.

OnePlus Nord 2T 5G Sale and Discount

OnePlus Nord 2T 5G price in the global market is EUR 399 which is approximately Rs 32,700 for the base variant which has 8GB + 128GB model. And for the 12GB + 256GB, the price is around EUR 499 (Rs 40,900). It will be available in two colors – Gray Shadow and Jade Fog. The OnePlus Nord 2T 5G will go on sale on 24th May 2022. Pre-orders will be available on 19th May 2022 on Amazon and OnePlus official websites. The official brand hasn’t revealed the specifications yet.
